Complete Galaxy Hoth Princess Leia, POTF2, 1998

In 1998, Hasbro released "Complete Galaxy" toys which included an action figure contained within a dome that represented a planet in the Star Wars galaxy.  There were four sets that were produced.  However there was another set planned but not released to include the Planet Hoth.  Early models include a Hoth Rebel Soldier.  The Rebel Soldier was replaced with Princess Leia in Hoth fatigues and later cancelled.  The figure proposed for this set was previous released on a Freeze Frame card.
