Star Wars Complete Galaxy Tatooine with Luke Skywalker Power of the Force, 1998

In 1998 Kenner released a line of action figures called "Complete Galaxy" to include a planet that opens up and doubles as a display base.  This series included: Dagobah with Yoda, Death Star with Darth Vader, Endor with Ewok, and Tatooine with Luke Skywalker.​

Early plans of this playset included Luke Skywalker Jedi, similar to the carded version.  However this concept was revised to include a section of the Skiff and a completely different Luke figure with many parts from other existing figures.  Collectors got a glimpse of this early design in Hasbro's 1997 Toy Fair catalog.
