There are a number of POTF2 era carded EPs with substantial paint differences known to exist. Let's see them! I'll go first with this flesh colored Bib Fortuna and Emperor Palpatine on red cards.

Everyone’s heard of this probably but gotta include here.
Preproduction gray Vader. His armor is a grey flat sort of color compared to the production version which was more of a shiny black. A total grail in the POTF2 and more broadly, modern Star Wars collectibles world.
