Star Wars Princess Leia (Boushh Disguise)
Shadows of the Empire, 1996
The 1996 Princess Leia in Boushh disguise figure was originally developed with a much different paint scheme compared to the production release. This early paint scheme was used to create mockups and salesman samples. It was also used in photography for advertising. The paint scheme was changed prior to production to offer a more movie accurate look.

Production Release
Collectors got a glimpse of this early paint scheme as found on the back of Shadows of the Empire action figures.
Fun Fact:
The original design of her blaster rifle included a handle grip like its vintage counterpart released in 1983. This was later removed to offer a more screen accurate look.
