Star Wars Prince Xizor's Virago Unreleased Ship Shadows of the Empire, 1996

Kenner originally planned to rerelease Boba Fett's Slave I ship and two new ships to allow children to recreate the space battles from the Shadows of the Empire storyline.  While Dash Rendar's Outrider made the cut, unfortunately Price Xizor's Virago didn't. Foam mockups and conceptual package designs were created for this ship.

Fun Fact:

Collectors got a glimpse of this concept as featured in the 1996 Kenner Toy Fair catalog.  The ship's name was commonly misspelled throughout a variety of advertising campaigns.
