Star Wars Scout Trooper
The Saga Collection, 2006+

In 2006, Hasbro released a 501st Stormtrooper as a San Diego Comi-Con exclusive.  There were plans to offer a 501st Scout Trooper as seen in this hardcopy prototype figure above.  However, this figure was never taken on and was ultimately cancelled.  In 2007, the San Diego Comi-Con offered R2-KT in honor Katie Johnson, a very special little girl who tragically passed away from brain cancer on August 9, 2005 at the age of seven.
