Mockup Chancellor Valorum
This is such an interesting mockup! It doesn't appear to be an Engineering Pilot in the traditional sense. The card back is more of a proof that is not die cut. The blister cover is stapled to the card. It is missing the Ceremonial staff and CommTech chip.
